Nikki Sieben

Nikki has extensive experience as a senior executive in the public, private and non-profit sectors of British Columbia. Her background ranges from leading high-profile, complex IT initiatives to providing strategic advice to senior officials in multiple government agencies and ministries.

Nikki’s strengths include strategic policy development and organizational redesign. She has an excellent reputation for managing complex, large-scale, and politically sensitive initiatives with significant risk profiles and aggressive timelines.

Outside of work, Nikki is a dedicated mentor, a proud wife, and an engaged mother of two successful young adults. She is an active member of the Victoria community, a lover of the Arts and committed to paying back to community through various Board positions and volunteer work.
